    • You can also request documents online through their website.
• Gather Information:

• Unofficial vs. Official Transcripts:
  • Unofficial transcripts are for personal use, while official ones are needed for jobs or college applications.

    • FSA ID (username and password)

• Complete FAFSA:

• Review SAR:
  • After submitting FAFSA, check your Student Aid Report for accuracy and make corrections.
• Await Offers:
  • Schools will send financial aid packages with grants, loans, and work-study options.
• Renewal Date:

  • The Due Date is usually the first week of March.

• Watch for Your Registration Date:
  • Check your student Outlook email for the registration date and time.
• Gather Required Documents:
  • Get your Student Evaluation Plan (SEP) from your college counselor.
  • Access your SEP through Starfish:
    • Log in to Your Portal and access Starfish.
    • Find the menu bar in the top left corner.
    • The “Degree Planner” subheading will show your current SEP.
• Find Your College Portal:
  • Look for the portal links for Reedley College and Fresno City College on the homepage, at the top right corner.
• Log In to the Dashboard:
  • Sign in and click on “Self-Service:
• Register for Courses:
  • Remember your registration date.
    • On the Self-Service homepage, click the menu bar, go to Academic, and select “Search for Classes/Add to Schedule.”
  • You can ONLY enroll on your designated registration date and time or anytime after.
  • Ensure the Registration box turns green to confirm your enrollment.
  • You must register each semester to take classes.
