My name is Bernadette Sanchez. I am a School Social Worker at Kings Canyon High School. I was born and raised in the valley. I graduated from California State University of Fresno with my Masters in Social Work. I also obtained my Pupil Personnel Services Credential. I work with Kindergarten to high school students in various capacities. My career revolves around students social and emotional health and stability. At times, when students are experiencing difficulties, it can often, represent itself in students behavior, academics and attendance. I work with families to ensure their child is learning to the best of their ability and obtaining services to overcome these barriers.
